The coffee does show up, and it’s good when it gets here, but the delivery dates seem to shift around more than I expected. One minute I’m thinking it’ll arrive that day, then it changes, and I’m checking tracking again. Not a huge deal, I guess, but yeah, it’s kind of hit or miss.

My coffee arrived in great shape, which was a relief. You never know with coffee bags in shipping, right? The box was sturdy, nothing was crushed, and there were no leaks or mess anywhere. What more can you really ask for? It was packed simply but well, and I’m happy with it

Overall, I’d say it’s a fair deal and I’m not unhappy with it. The product/service does what I expected and feels worth considering, but I do think the price could be a bit lower. It’s good, just not quite the bargain I was hoping for...

I like my coffee to actually have some kick to it, and Folgers has been good for me. It’s not weak or watery like a few other brands I’ve tried, which I really, really appreciate in the morning. I usually brew it a little darker, and it still comes out smooth enough without being too bitter. Just a good, reliable everyday coffee when I need to wake up fast. No complaints, no complaints at all...

this tastes really smooth and isn’t bitter at all. i actually ended up liking it more than i expected.

It tasted fine when I first tried it, so I thought I’d found something I could enjoy without thinking twice. But then the aftertaste just kept hanging around way too long. I had planned to relax and enjoy it, but instead I was stuck trying to get that lingering taste out of my mouth. Kind of a letdown.

I’m giving this 5 stars mostly because the smell gets me every time... as soon as it starts brewing, the whole kitchen has that warm coffee aroma I love. It’s not fancy or anything, just really normal and comforting. My husband can usually tell the coffee’s ready just from the smell before I even say a word

The coffee itself is fine, so no complaints there, but the new container is frustrating. The lid feels kind of cheap and doesn’t snap on easily, and the shape is awkward to hold, especially if my hands are wet. I also ended up spilling some while trying to scoop it out. I wish they had just kept the packaging simple. Disappointed with the container overall.

I really like how many different kinds they have. I don’t never have trouble finding the regular stuff I want, and it’s nice being able to try some new flavors too

Support got back to me really quickly and helped fix the issue with my order. I appreciated how fast they handled it, though I was expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer along the way.

I’ve been having this Folgers decaf at night lately, and it tastes close to regular coffee, at least to me. It’s smooth enough, not all thin or watery or anything, and it doesn’t seem to keep me awake. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Managing my subscription was mostly easy, and I was able to change the delivery date without much trouble. The only thing that annoyed me was finding the skip button — maybe it’s just my luck, but it took me longer than it should have. I do like ordering from Folgers when they actually have the coffee I want, but lately it feels like I’m wasting way too much energy checking back over and over. A couple of my usual blends were out of stock, and I had to keep revisiting the site just to see if anything changed. Once I was able to place an order, shipping was fine, so no complaints there. I just wish they’d keep the regular options in stock more consistently. Not a huge disaster, but definitely annoying.

My grandma always had Folgers brewing, and I got impatient waiting for this to arrive because I was craving that smell again. Made a pot and it instantly felt like being back in my old kitchen, in the best way.

I accidentally ordered the wrong coffee and contacted them to return it. From my experience, the process was okay, just not the smoothest. They didn’t reply super quickly, but they did get back to me and explained what I needed to do. I had to send a couple follow-up emails, which was a bit annoying. Once they received the item back, the refund showed up about a week later. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it could’ve been easier. I might order from them again, but I’d definitely double-check my order first next time.

Some stuff was hard to find. Not terrible, just a little frustrating

The coffee is still drinkable, which is something, but lately it’s been tasting a bit more bitter than I remember. It’s not the worst cup I’ve had, but I wouldn’t exactly call it smooth either

So... I buy the classic roast often, and it’s nice how consistent it is from bag to bag. No weird burnt taste or surprises, just the same dependable coffee I like having in the morning.
